Regulation is readiness.
A well-regulated nervous system doesn’t just help you perform better — it lets you live fully. Project Regulation brings a revolutionary practice, repackaged in clinical, results-oriented language, to the people who can’t afford to be dysregulated: military, first responders, and corporate executives.
We are the bridge that closes the gap between a revolutionary practice that works and the mental block preventing people from accessing it.
The Methodology
Three steps. No spiritual language, no wellness aesthetic — just an evidence-informed approach to a system every high performer already depends on: their own.
Learn to recognize dysregulation in real time — before it costs you the mission, the meeting, or the moment.
Apply a trained, repeatable nervous-system reset built on breathwork, NLP, and NAC — not talk therapy, not vibes.
Channel a regulated state into decisive action. Capacity isn’t the goal — what you do with it is.
Offerings
Military & first responders
“Regulation is readiness.” A field-tested reset for the people whose baseline is already elevated by the job.
Corporate & executive
“Calm is a competitive advantage.” A performance protocol for leaders who compete on clarity under pressure.
Guided session
A mat-based, guided breathwork session — the entry point to what a regulated nervous system actually feels like.
From the battlefield to the boardroom
Natalie Byrom is a former U.S. Army Captain and Apache helicopter pilot, and a current medical technology executive. She didn’t arrive at nervous system regulation as an abstract interest — she arrived at it because dysregulation has a cost, and she has paid it, in a cockpit and in a boardroom alike.
Project Regulation is built on embodiment, not instruction. Natalie doesn’t position herself as a conventional wellness coach — she lives the methodology publicly, and asks nothing of her audience she hasn’t already done herself.
“Breathwork saved my life.”
